I create custom workflow, after click button submit not change button action,

i guess that you should try to get recall and check work flow again, after that try to submit this one more time.
In case this way not resolve, then try to delete all workflow batch job and setup again. (I had tried this to resolve same issues)
Please go to System administration module >> inquiries >> batch jobs >> batch jobs >> find your batch job and check the status. Also check the recurrence pattern. Or go to AOT >> forms >> find Tutorial_WorkflowProcessor and click start and wait for sometime and check whether your workflow items are created or not.
Please update whether issue has been resolved or not. If resolved please mark the answer(s) verified to help other community members.
Is there an error log for the workflows that are in the 'Stopped (error)' state? Probably, it can't find a user as approver?
