I'm trying to create what I would think are two fairly simple alerts in AX 2012 but have had no luck with them yet.
I'm looking for: ↓
1.) An alert that looks at the approval status field of a purchase order (Status= Approved) and also takes into account the Overall/Total cost of a purchase order. All purchase line items total exceeds 15,000 dollars and has the approval status: Approved should send an alert.
An alert for the approval change is a no brainer but once I start looking for dollar amount totals the alert stops working.
2.) An on-hand inventory alert for when an on-hand amount exceeds 10,000 lbs. problem is we have this item in multiple inventory locations so I need a sum of these locations which I'm not sure AX has the capability to do this in an alert.
