    Hi

Check the Server Address RTC trying to access, it's pointing to different server address.

Try checking the server name, alternatively input the IP address instead of the server name.

Try to make SQL query on table Company. One our client has a problem that after the last character in company name has empty space and when he tried to open company through select server he got this error, but when he change company through Select Company action everything was fine.

Solution is to make new company or, to add in target path on Icon this line "DynamicsNAV://IP:Clientport/servicename/Companyname /"

server instance address is correct but the main problem is that I cannot open the test company while login. But for the live company it is working perfectly.

    Hi

Check the Permission sets given, have you specified the company in User Permission sets.
