Rounding in Journal Entry Control Total and Debit/Credit totals

I set up access for a new user, however, when they enter journal entries, the Control Total and Debit/Credit totals all appear to round, but will not let you move forward with the entry because it says you are out of balance.  I can't find where to set up these fields.  Any ideas where to start?

    Are the places after the decimal point visible in the Debit, Credit and Control total fields??

    If yes, the user may have the windows desktop display to Medium (125%). This can cause a problem in the field size in the journal entry window. The display size has to be set to smaller (100%) in order for the fields in the journal entry screen to display properly.

    Right click on the desktop and choose Personalize.  Choose Display.

    Are you using small icons? If not, choose that and see if it makes any difference.
