Hi, Please check this video on how to create D365 F&O Customer from Power Automate. It will provide you all details like data entity name is CustomersV3 etc. Object Id is unique index to find record and in CUstomerV3 data entity, object Id is 'Customer account'. If still any issues, please let us know.

    Dear Mohit

I try to follow your example but I still got error.  "Only 1 of 2 keys provided for lookup, provide keys for dataAreaId,CustomerAccount.
    clientRequestId: 80aaed42-7940-449f-a6b8-6bb02a00fb9b".

On this part I try to put D365 Customer ID to identify the record that I would like to change. Do you have some idea on this issue?

    Hi Thanakorn,

The error message tells you that you need to include the dataareaid as first field in the object ID. This is the reference to the legal entity in Dynamics 365 Finance. You can read more about the Object ID in my blog: Let your Operations Flow - Part 3 (dynamicspedia.com)

As Customers are legal entity specific so you need to provide dataAreaId as well. Please check Andre's blog as suggested and let us know if any issues.

    Thank for all,

Now I can update data in D365 that I want,I was wondering if you could assist me in finding the name of an entity and its corresponding field in D365. Can you please advise me on how to go about this?

    Thanks

    Thanakorn

You can generally find the name of entity from D365 F&O forms when you click on Open in Excel and field names can be found from right clicking field and field information (Although form control name can be different from table field name, in that case you would need help from F&O Developer)
