screen resolution with GP 2015

My client had her screen resolution up to 150%. GP2015 was so big you could not see the whole screen. I put it back to 100% but now she says everything else is too small.

 

Any ideas how to fix?

    go to Windows explorer and type Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Display and change it to 125 or 150%. not the resolution.

    Hi Rachel,

    What type and size of monitor does your client have ? 21", 22" ? nothing uncommon there and I'm running GP2015 thru TS remotely and don't have to change any screen resolution settings (I'm running natively 1680x1050 on 22" screens).

    If your screens are much larger, that can become an issue, as GP doesn't scale well the fonts, because most of the used fonts in GP are 'fixed fonts' sizes and don't scale at all when zooming your desktop display with the Windows function.

    You could try to go with the Web client, as this one should allow for better 'zooming' options. I've tested that by running the Internet Explorer browser at full screen size (F11) and scaled the display to 125%... everything shows fine.
