    That's good news.

As I believe you can mark multiple post as answered I'd would be grateful if you did so.

    Best regards.

Thank you for your suggestion Philip, that was perfect.

I needed to edit the user profile manually.

The Sharepoint Site collection is now validated and we can move into config steps.

Thank you again to both yourself and Venkatesh, greatly appreciated.

    Jayden.

    Hi Jayden.

As you are now getting a 401 Unauthorized I would check that the user(s) have the Email field populated in SharePoint Central Admin- Service Applications - User Profile Service Application - User Profile that the value matches the one set in the SharePoint Email address in CRM.

This is done either by User Profile sync with AD(assuming the user object has the email address that matches) or by editing the User Profile manually.

    Best regards.

    Philip

    Hi Venkatesh,

Your suggestion is spot on, I apologise as it something I have likely overlooked in my workings.

The error has progressed now to "Failed Authorization" Error (401).

I will tackle this issue now and report back.

    Thanks,

    Jayden.

    Hi,

Check the user have the Sharepoint Email Address value populated on the User form.
    This is publicly documented here:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/admin/on-prem-server-based-sharepoint-on-prem?view=op-9-1#about-claims-based-authentication-mapping

    Hope this helps!

    Regards,

    Venkatesh N
