I have a customer that has Microsoft RMS with Microsoft Headquarters at their home base. Originally there was no problem syncing the transactions. Recently whenever the client software attempted to sync with the server, it threw an error saying the log file was too full. To see if it would work, I did a full backup of the database and then did a database re-size. Afterward, the client connects to the server but says it has 0 worksheets to process. Does anyone have any idea how to get the client to sync with the server again? It has full communication but it will always say it has 0 worksheets to process.
