Management Reporter 2012 Application Service and Process Service

We are having an issue with our Management Reporter 2012.  When our accountant tries to run a report it will sit for a while and then error out.  The queue message was "Unable to create the related report"

If I restart the MR services, the report works.

After restarting the services, I get this error every 15 minutes:
