Hi,
I am using Microsoft Dynamic CRM 2016. Somehow, the system allowed me to save duplicate business rules. So, i would like to delete one of them (Both activated). In order to delete it, I need to deactivate it first. But when i tried to do so, system stop me from deleting it by prompting this error:
Duplicate Record
A record with these values already exists. A duplicate record cannot be created. Select one or more unique values and try again.
Kindly assist.
