We are looking to move from GP2013 to 2015 and then eventually 2018. Is anyone still using FRx with any of these versions? If so, was there anything that needed to be done to make things work after an upgrade? Any information would be helpful!

It is not so much the version of GP but the version of Windows that is more important. If have always used FRx there will be tables inside SQL that will allow FRx to continue working. There is the issue with GPConn.dll that needs to be addressed by loading an older version. Here is one article on this issue: qfactorconsulting.wordpress.com/.../dynamics-gp-2015-and-frx
W10 64 bit or W2012 R2 server will be most troublesome. There are dlls that simply are not there any more and you will have to hunt and peck for the missing ones. It would be best to at least migrate to MR or if a domain is not available try Jet Reports or BI 360. There is a migration tool for BI 360 but BI 360 is not free whereas Jet Reports is.
Hi ssmith,
first of all I would recommend going to Management reporter as the FRx isn't supported with further versions.
with this said, there is a post by Jen Kuntz going through the installation of the FRx on Dynamics GP 2015 and it worked with her,you may find it helpful:
