So this is a pretty basic question , but I am struggling with this.

I am trying to insert a customer with a different AccountNum but the same Name as another customer and it doesn't allow me, which I get it.

But I am checking the primary key of the table and its AccountIdx, which is an index with only AccountId. So can you point out to me where the database is making this validation to doesn't be possible 2 customers with the same name?
