ERROR- Getting Error while hiring a candidate in HRMS in D365 F&O

Hi There,
 
I am facing an issue while hiring a candidate in D365 F&O.
 
Error - - The parameter 'address' cannot be an empty string. Parameter name: address
 
 
Please suggest me what to do now.
