Can anyone filter the Customer/Item Sales report to Customer by Ship-to Code?
With or Without a Customer No. will not Filter by Customer or Filter Total Ship-to, results are still the same as all Shop-to locations
Note: No warehouse setup SALES ORDER > POSTED SALES INVOICE

I have the same question (0)

    Hello,

Its working totally fine for me.

To filter the Customer/Item Sales report by Ship-to Code in Business Central, ensure your filter criteria are correctly set and consider using advanced filters on the report's request page. You can also use the Role Explorer to navigate to the specific report and verify all necessary fields are included in the filter.

The Customer/Item Sales report pulls from the Value Entry or Sales Invoice Line records. It groups data by Customer No. and Item No., but doesn't link directly to Ship-to Address.

    You have give customer number.

    Thanks, Ramesh

Yes. Customer No. was entered initially, filter with Ship-to location, with or without = same results (all locations)
    Filter Totals, same results
Even without a Customer No. will still link back to the Customer's Ship-to Code correctly, again just displaying unfiltered results

Report Layout is base application by Microsoft, unedited

    Unfortunately, it's not possible.
What you are doing is basically filtering a Customer with the default "Ship-to Code".
You need to use other report.

Hi, You can add the Ship-to Code field in the following page so that you can filter directly.

And starting from BC26.2, this does not need to be customized.
    More details:
Add fields from related tables in analysis mode

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.
