How do i set up the Service Management module such that Business Central sends an automatic reminder via mail to a technician that a service item is due for servicing? I have read these materials but no show.

    Hi,

I believe you need to have codeunit 5918 added to the job queue.

Once you fill in the 6 fields in the Service Management Setup then the codeunit will check the times.

    Hope that helps,
    Shauna
