Hi there, I'm pretty new at B365 SAAS platform and so far I have been able to get some work done. For our new environment, it is needed that I use advanced wharehouse setup, and because of this and the way BC works there are so many tasks that users have to execute, like releasing a Sales Order, and so many others:

Create Warehouse Shipment

Create Pick

Post Shipment

Is there any way I can speed up this so my users are not so lost, confused and overwhelmed with so many new things to do? My partner has told me that I need customizations (coding I think) but is there any other way? This can be done with AL, consuming codeunits as web services? I mean, I don't need NEW process, either changing the way BC works, just help my users to avoid so many clicks to get their job done.

I have around 4,500 - 5000 shipments each month, so if you multiply this by 5 times is when I came here to ask you if there is some walkaround that can help me to stream my operations.

Even if there were web services the idea of completely avoiding AL dev is idealistic.

Some things to try instead. Note this one you can do without the development mentioned. Blogger has only suggested it as it adds a 3rd grouping. Otherwise standard othering: www.olofsimren.com/.../

Pick worksheet allows you to handle many picks across many orders: docs.microsoft.com/.../warehouse-how-to-plan-picks-in-worksheets

Registering picks and posting shipments are then part of the packing process so no standard batch jobs there. You might consider having handheld scanners in place to aid users with this one.
