I've created a test user with my domain name like; abcd\crmtest in Active Directory and then created same user in CRM with Customer Service Agent role. But when I tried to login with that user CRM throw the following exception. Can anyone please let me know what is the reason behind this and how can I mitigate this issue?

    CRM License --> Professional

    CRM Role --> Customer Service Rep.

    Hi,

    did you assigned the user a license in CRM?

    Did you assigned the user a security role?
