How to change ACCOUNT : INFORMATION to ACCOUNT : ACCOUNT in Sales->Customer->Account->New in CRM 365/2016

Hi Everyone ,

I am facing one issue in #CRM 365. I created one Trial version of CRM 365 and Select all module.

When i am creating any account from Sales->Customer->Account->New after clicking on New a account page is open. Now , on top of page there are option to select Account type like ACCOUNT : INFORMATION or ACCOUNT : ACCOUNT .

On page ACCOUNT : INFORMATION is available by default but there is no option to change to ACCOUNT : Account.

Please help me out. I did googling but not success.

The part of the form you're referring to is the Form name, it is not an Account type.

If you want to change the name of the form, then open the Form Editor, then clcik Form Properties, then Display and then change the Form Name. Press ok, then Save and Publish.

Yes, but I don't see that option to select "ACCOUNT:ACCOUNT"

You can also try, deactivating Information form, and check the next Main form is displayed here. This way, you can find out whether the other Main forms are available.

Hi ,

check the Account form you are talking about is activated and no security roles are enabled for that form.

If security roles are enabled , check your roles.
