Bank Account Reconciliation Line - Remaining Amount after Payment Rec Reversal

Hi all,

When we initially posted a Payment Reconciliation Journal, we had both invoices & credit notes for 1 payment. We had to reverse this posted PayRec journal, and BC seems to have done something strange in the background because, now, when trying to do the bank account rec for those payments (G02012–G02025 pictured below), the remaining amount for one of the payments is incomplete.

The discrepancy seems to stem from something BC did in the background either when posting or reversing the posted payment rec, because the list of Applied Document Nos. in the (reversed) Posted Payment Reconciliation Lines does not actually show all of the document nos that were initially reconciled — 2 are missing/not listed... Looks like it's the difference between Payment G02023 and Refund G02027, but I have no idea why BC would've allocated it to Payment G02023 after the reversal.. Does anyone know how to proceed to make that payment line have the correct full remaining amount?
