I downloaded the data import templates for customers, vendors, accounts, and items. These templates only contain a handful of fields that can be imported. Are these the only fields that I can import directly? For example, how can I import the Item Attributes for every item (e.g. the color for each item)? Can I also import directly using the template? Or do I need a 3rd party application like SmartConnect to do it? Or do I have to do it manually? Thanks so much for the help.
