Why can I not install Copilot in D365 for Finance and also the supply chain counterpart?

I tried installing in the admin center d365 apps section for both Fin and scm but both are failing in the power platform admin center.

 

NotProvided

Unable to establish connection using data source: 'Finance and Operations Virtual Data Source Configuration'. Failed to sync entity metadata. Ensure the data source is configured properly.

    Hi,
    Have you enabled Power Platform integration with FO? If it is not enabled, according to the error message, there seems to be a problem with the configuration of the data source. You can check this document and configure the virtual entity data source according to the steps in the document.

    Additionally, this document covers enabling Copilot functionality in Finance and Operations applications. You should also check the country and language availability, prerequisites, and make sure these are met and configured correctly according to the steps in the document.
