Hi,
we have problems with lync integration in Dynamics CRM 2013, when phone number (click-to-call)
is clicked it opens lync dial pad but also blank page in background and focus is put on lync covering
completely CRM screen user was working on. Do you know how to change that behavior? Ideally I'd like
lync once clicked is dialing number in background not showing up on screen, and definitely not opening additional blank page.
