I installed sp5 to existing forecaster web client. According to the release notes it says that the client would be prompted to "update the web component" but instead they are getting a message that the database is for use with a newer version of Forecaster web and to contact the Administrator.
The tech article says not to use the asp extension but it doesn't launch any other way.
Any ideas?
