Hello,
We are new dynamics marketing users and we are experiencing a problem with Marketing pages. Whenever we want to safe a page we get the follwing error :
"Exception 'WebException' occured: The remote server returned an error: (502) Bad Gateway., CorrelationId: 58a5361a-0093-4ecf-80f0-30451c11df3e"
We have already tried this with other users, other computers, other networks, other internetconnections, other OS, other browsers, sandbox and production environments....Always same error...
This means we can't create marketing pages at all..
Can anyone help with this problem ?
Thanks,
Peter
Hi Peter,
It seems that you would need to set up a Portal to host your Marketing page created by Dynamics 365 Marketing, even if you own your own domain.
This will have a "base URL" that you will be setting yourself.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/portals/create-dynamics-portal
You will need to set up one Portal for each content you are willing to host on each domain or subdomain.
Here is the documentation: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/portals/create-manage-webpages
Best regards,
Defne
Hi Peter,
Can you go live marketing page and see marketing form by pasting form script directly?

Hi Peter,
Thanks for sharing.
However, from your screenshot, it looks more like you're adding a marketing form to a marketing page, so actually you would still host marketing form on portal.
Is my configuration screenshot below same to yours?
If yes, you encountered an error when embedding a marketing form with marketing page designer tool.
Please do following steps to do troubleshooting:
1. Create a form page record for you marketing form:(in Marketing form > Form hosting tab)
2. Copy and paste the generated script to marketing form HTML source code directly:
You could append script to end position of body tag
Check whether marketing page could go live by pasting the script to marketing form directly.

Clofly
Hi Clofly,
That's the idea, but since we're newbees, maybe we did something wrong with configuration….

Hi Peter,
Do you mean your marketing page is hosted on your own web server with custom domain?
Could you share a screenshot of error page?
Regards,
Clofly
Hi Clofly,
We don't use the dynamics portal. We use our one website.

Peter
Hi Peter,
It is server-side problem.
Try to restart portal to see whether it could work.
You could take article below as reference:
