Hi All,
I am getting error "Entity Not Found" when opening Work Order entity in Offline mode. Is there a way i can know which entity data is not loading here.
I checked the entire form, all look up and entity list data is loading. Also checked the log but it does not mention the entity name over there.
In Online mode, it works but does not work in offline mode. I tested it with System Administrator role still does not work.
Please suggest
You need to check your sync filter for the work order entity. This is because the work order is not stored locally on your device because the sync filter is not bringing the work order in.
So the issue with this was, Work Order entity, has an offline html file (Out of the Box) under tab Work order which also gets loaded when Work order form loads.
Now inside the offline html javascript file, it was trying to access Work Order Reason Data and the record it was trying to access was deactivated in CRM.
Since this was old data, Work Order was referring to this old Work Order Reason Data. Due to sync filter, this data was not present in Offline mode.
Hence it giving this "Entity not found error".
This issue comes up usually when either the main entity data or related entity data is not loaded in Resco.

Hi crm_fan. Where did you find this offline html javascript file? I'm trying to fix this same sort of issue and I've worked through everyone else's suggestions already.
