How Can i move aplications to a new server?

Hi, i need to move repository files from Dynamics SL, to a new server, i moved the entire folder from \\serverold\sol65 to \\servernew\sol65 and applied all permissions necesary, but i have problem with user's computer because, they receive an error: "automation error" when they try to open dynamics sl app, i think that it is caused for this action, i think, i should be to make another action before migration.

can you help me??

Re-run the client install on the user's computer where you are getting the error with the drive mapped to the new server (SETUP.exe in the WRKSTN folder). The problem is that COM objects on the client are registered to the path on the old server. Re-running the client install should re-register them to point to the new server.
