Migration Data with customized roles and forms

Hi all, 
 
In order to migrate data from sandbox environment to production environment in project operations 365, what we shall do ? what is the best pratices to do ? 
 
we have some customizations on form and tables and even for customized roles so that we need to migrate it form sandbox to PROD.

    You mentioned doing customizations to the table as well as the form?
    Then it's not only the data that has to be transferred but also the configuration data.
