Getting Email Interactions Data via API

Hi there!
 
We are trying to pull the email interactions data (unique opens, clicks, etc) via the API which are presented in the UI as shown in the image below (image #2). We have tried this endpoint: [organization URI]/api/data/v9.2/interactionforemails (docs here) but we don't get any data in the response (see image #1 below).
 
Any ideas on how we can achieve this?
