Is there any functionality to send an email to the customer on submission of survey in Voice of Customer Dynamics 365?
Actually my requirement is to sen an email on submission of Survey. In 365 Voice of customer there is a functionality to send the automatic response email to the customer on submission of survey. By using that also I am unable to send emails to customer after survey. I don't know why it is not working.
Here by question do I need to enable any settings related to Emails or Automatic email, is there any settings related to that?
please help me on this.
