Automatic emails to the customer on submission of Survey

Hello Team,

Is there any functionality to send an email to the customer on submission of survey in Voice of Customer Dynamics 365?

Actually my requirement is to sen an email on submission of Survey. In 365 Voice of customer there is a functionality to send the automatic response email to the customer on submission of survey. By using that also I am unable to send emails to customer after survey. I don't know why it is not working.

Here by question do I need to enable any settings related to Emails or Automatic email, is there any settings related to that?

please help me on this.

    Hi,

    Please create a workflow that will trigger "on create" of "survey response" and send email to customer.

    But It will not trigger if response is anonymous. Thanks

    Do we need to create workflow to send email to customer on submitting survey?

    Without creating workflow it is not possible?

    In MS website they send only to select the response email field and select the Email Template, they did not mentioned workflow to send email. So I am asking like this

    You can use email template in Email. In Voice of customer, You need to show complete page at end of survey to person who is giving feedback. Feedback get capture in Survey response.

    But in your case, you have to send confirmation email to customer once you receive Survey response hence you have to create a workflow.

    Yes in VOC survey response capturing Contact. I mean contact is reflecting in Survey response but emails is not going to contact.

    In survey response I am selecting email template to send to the customer.

    Please explain how to do this by using Email template in VOC survey responce with out using workflow.

    If possible please let me know the limitations and drawback so that I can convey to my manager so that i can user workflow to send email.

    Our requirement is to send an email to the customer after submitting the survey response with VOC it self without going workflow.

    Please suggested.

    You have to create workflow to do your job.

    What ever link you have shared that is for sending survey invitation to customer and they follow link and submit feedback. Their feedback captured as survey response in CRM.

    You want to send an email to customer once you get survey response, In this case you have to create workflow.

    Hi Sujay,

    Have you configured Emails for your organizations? Can you check if you can send emails? Did you check if the email is not received by the customer or is not at all generated? It is possible that the emails are getting generated but because due to problem in email configuration, the emails are not getting sent.
