Custom report layout printing blank when run

We have a custom report layout created for Customer Statements. If I run the report through the Customer Reports Layout Screen, the report prints just fine.

If I run the statement through the customization and searching for it, the report comes back blank

I can not figure out why it runs fine through the first screen, but not the second. Any ideas/recommendations?

The answer is you have to select your custom layout in report layout selection window.

Can you please confirm the resolution? Because I am facing the same issue even selected the customer report layout as well.

if remove all custom layouts and try running the default report I get this error

No rocord found, please check report filters.

if I upload customer layouts and set them default I get this erro

Hi Sarwar

If you add the custom layout set the type of report as Custom Layout. Then this repot layout issue will be resolved.

If you are running the standard report add data in your Request page and then run the report "No record found, please check report filters" this issue would be resolved.

Please use Export Layout button from Custom Layout screen and check if there is a layout already there.
