CRM Outlook Client Sending Emails: Sends 20 per 30 minutes

I have been searching the web all over to find a way to increase the email queue outgoing for CRM 2011 using Outlook for sending email.  My users add their email activities to Draft and then send.  They show in the pending, but if you review the Sent folder it shows only 20 are sent every 30 minutes.  I can't find anyway to speed this up for my customer and sometimes Outlook even hangs when processing email from Draft to Pending status.  Any assistance would be very much appreciated.

    It may be doing this to avoid spam filters?

    You can change the 30 minutes...

    There is a field in the CRM email router configuration that can be changed to set this delay:  PendingStatusDelay - 300000 i.e.  setting it to 5 minutes. 60 *5 *1000

    We aren't using the Email router.  We have the check mark for allow dynamics to use Outlook to send emails.  Whenever I select anywhere from 10-250 emails in draft activities and click Send Email, the system takes anywhere from 5-10 minutes to process.  If I look at the sent items it is mailing 10 emails every 2 minutes.  I have tried Cached Mode and non-cached mode and same result.  We used to have this issue a year or two ago, but I can't find or remember what fixed it.  The crm webhost.exe just keeps climbing on memory usage until it gets to 500MB or larger sometimes and if you click anywhere in Outlook without waiting the 5-10 minutes for it processing, it will not respond and you can wait an hour or more and it is still not responding.  Thanks for any assistance.  I reviewed those articles but didn't find anything that seemed like it would help this situation.
