I have been searching the web all over to find a way to increase the email queue outgoing for CRM 2011 using Outlook for sending email. My users add their email activities to Draft and then send. They show in the pending, but if you review the Sent folder it shows only 20 are sent every 30 minutes. I can't find anyway to speed this up for my customer and sometimes Outlook even hangs when processing email from Draft to Pending status. Any assistance would be very much appreciated.
