Dynamics 365 Portal How to change default error messages

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hi,

How to change the default error messages in the Dynamics 365 Portal ? Example: I am using Prtner Portal, and would like to change the following message displayed in Sign In page when password is incorrect :

  • Invalid sign-in attempt.

I would like to change it to some other message.

Thanks,

    Hello,

    Can you share screenshot what you have done, also make sure you have selected html under content snippet not just text.

    Hi,

    I have just tried this and its working fine. I created the content snippet record as html and then added the below code-

    <script>$(window).load(function() { $('li:contains("Invalid sign-in attempt.")').text('Invalid Usernams or Password'); });</script>

    Please try this.
