Getting 404 error when opening the crm from the unique name of organization

Hi everyone,

I am getting the org name when reterieving from workflow context is the unique name of organization. But when I use the organization name it is giving me the 404 error. And the crm url does not contain this unique name it contains a different name :(taking xyz as example) https://xyz.crm.dynamics.com where xyz is some other name different from the unique name. i.e(orge273e182).

Any idea about this, why its happening..because as per my knowledge the crm url should be : https://uniquename.crm.dynamics.com or might be I am wrong. and Its Ms crm 2016 online.
