Permissions necessary to send email

I am trying to create a customized set of permissions for my users and having trouble finding the necessary permissions to allow them to send emails.  For example, when I try to send an email confirmation, I can bring up the window in Business Central where I specify the From:, To:, Subject, Message, and can see the attached order confirmation, but when I try to send it I get the following error:

I tried to add those 4 permissions to the Sent Email and Email Outbox tables, but it only allows me to add the Execute permission, which I would assume would account for Read, Insert, Modify and Delete.  I know my SMTP configuration is correct because if I give a user D365 Full Access they can send emails following the same process with no issues.  Does anyone have any ideas why adding Execute wouldn't cover the four permission listed, or what other troubleshooting steps I could perform to find an answer to this issue?

I have the same question (1)

    Hi

I could not find those permissions on any article. But this is just an idea if you need to separate email permission.

    Use permission recording https://yzhums.com/10068/

Then record one permission set up to getting to send email.

Then record one permission set and email.

Then compare those permission's set to find out needed permissions.

If you do not want to separate then second permission set should work.

Hi, Just to add some info. In fact, more permissions are required to send emails.

You can refer to the list below.

    Hope this also helps.

    Thanks.

Thank you - That permission set was great, as I was comparing my permission set to yours I stumbled across the fix.  I had to add the Modify and Delete permission to the TableData 8889 Sent Email.  Like your screenshot, mine did not have those two permissions set originally.  The error did not lead me to this as it only requested Table access, not TableData access.  As soon as I added these two permissions for TableData Sent Email it worked.  Thanks for your help!
