This weekend I manually applied PU60 to our Standard UAT sandbox environment and production environment, however I missed pausing the Automatic update of PU61 on the sandbox environment, so this was automatically updated to PU61.
Is there anyway to rollback the UAT environment to PU60. I'm not bothered about any data in UAT, we could recover from Production if that is possible.
I DID pause the auto-update in Production, so I'm not worried about that happening next weekend, but I need to keep these environment's aligned.
Rollback a Tier 2 Sandbox environment to previous Platform Update?
Hi, You can check this document, it mentions that after your sandbox is upgraded to the newer version, you cannot restore an older production environment database into the sandbox UAT environment. Conversely, if your production environment is newer than your target sandbox, you need to either upgrade the target sandbox prior to the refresh or simply deallocate, delete, and redeploy prior to performing the refresh. For more information, please check:Refresh database - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn In addition, by querying other relevant documentations, I don't see a direct functionality to roll back a sandbox environment to a previous platform update (also known as a version or release). Best Regards, Hana
