Item Journal Lines will not disappear

I am trying to delete item journal lines and the "DELETE LINE" is not working. Is there a way around this? When I try to adjust inventory for any other items it will not allow me. Thank you.

    Which specific product are you using?

    Could you give more details? What type of item journal and are there any error logs?
