Microsoft Dynamics GP >> Tools >> SmartList Builder is a different product than SmartList. Have installed the SmartList GP Addin? It is on this screen you will find all the SmartList definitions that have been created.
I know where Smartlist is. I am looking for which option do I click on to create the report.

You most likely have Smartlist Builder from eOne Solutions. Do you see this listed under Tools? That is where you will find the definition of this SmartList.

It seem s custom smartlist.
