Portal Comments on a different entity than Case? Is it possible

Hello,

Is it possible to add portal comments functionality for a different entity than Case? I need to setup the Comments for opportunity entity but not sure if that is even possible.

    Hello,

    Yes, you can enable Portal Comments for something other than cases.  Portal Comment is an activity type, so as long as your entity has activities enabled (which opportunity does), then it should work.  There are a few things you have to do, like adding the appropriate entity permissions and adding Entity Form Metadata, but it certainly is possible.
