Sale FA error: depreciation adjustment does not exist

Hi, 

I'm trying to dispose a fixed asset selling it via free text invoice. The fixed asset has 3 books associated because I'm using derived books. I keep on getting this error:

But the accounts for depreciation are there for that book:

All the accounts are included in an active account structure. There are no financial dimensions involved. 

Any ideas of what could be wrong? I'm in a Polish company and the check box to allow the sale of the FA is set to yes.

    Hi,

    Can you check that those accounts are included in your account structure and that they are not suspended / inactive.

    If everything looks ok then have a look at LCS to assess whether this behavior is related to a system bug.

    Also, can you let us know what Dynamics version you operate.

    To me it looks like D365FO but not AX.

    Can you share additional information on that version that you operate?

    VERSION INFORMATION

    2019 release wave 2

    Installed product version : Finance and Operations (10.0.6)

    Installed platform version : Update30 (7.0.5407.41388)

    It's a company called POCO in the Contoso environments, maybe you have access?

    POCO is none of the standard Microsoft contoso companies.

    Somebody from your team must have created and configured this company.

    Irrespective of that, can you have a look at the following MS docs site that describes the localization for Poland.

    docs.microsoft.com/.../emea-pol-fixed-asset-disposal-functionality-extension

    Polish tax and accounting rules are really 'special' and it might be the case that some setup has been overlook.

    Can you thus compare your configuration with what is described on the MS docs site to ensure that all necessary setups are in place?
