Hi,
We are running the HITB Reset Tool and the validation report is showing an error when it encounters inventory items that are kits. The Tool will not allow us to proceed without resolving the error. The error is:
"Item Type not "Sales/Invoice or Discontinued"
My questions are: Is there some way to handle this without changing the Item Type? Or do we have to remove the kits and recreate them after the tool runs? Is it possible our kits were setup incorrectly in the first place?
