CRM 2015: Installation failed (Error: SQLSERVERAGENT is not running)

Trying to install CRM 2015 and it failed. Error Message: SQLSERVERAGENT is not running.

I checked my SQLSERVERAGENT service and it is running.

Please help me to resolve the issue !!! Thanks in Advance!!!

    Hi Anuja, please restart your SQLSERVERAGENT service through services.msc console. Check your db instance. And if you are using multiple Sqlserver, then check in both the SqlServerAgent service is running. Check this.

    Hi

    Is your setup user local administrator on SQL server?

    I have seen this "error" when setup user are not local admin on SQL

    planning guide:

    "Be a member of the Administrators group on the local computer where the instance of SQL Server is located that will be used to store the Microsoft Dynamics CRM databases."
