New Security Role Issue - Double click to view record not working

Hey,

I have created a view only role using just "Inquire into quotation progress", oddly you cannot "double-click"  to view an individual record.

The only way you can view an individual record  is via bringing up the options menu (right-click) and select view details.

How can I get the "double click" to open individual sales quotation records? (Non-developer/non-code solution if possible)

Thanks in Advance!

    Hello Mel,

Try adding the "Maintain sales quotation details" privilege to the role. This will give you the "double click" but it will also give Edit access to the user. So if you don't want Edit access maybe try and Override permissions for the tables that are data sources in the SalesQuotationTable form (this is the form that actually opens when you double click).
