Sending Email Alerts with Power Automate

I am trying to find a way to send our associates email alerts when their end date on their certificates are about to expire.

I know how to generate an alert in Dynamics 365, but would like to know if it is possible to have an associate be notified on their expiration date without me having to create a separate alert for each user in the system.

I was told Power Automate can help, but I am not sure how to grab the data for certificates to be used in a Power Automate template.

    Hi Nadine,

Please check whether HcmPersonCertificateEntity is available in your Power Platform environment. If not you can enable it and use it with Power automate.
