Solomon 6.5 Printer Options Setup

I have one user and no others having this issue.

When they access Accounts Payable Checks (3.620.00), they attempt to change the printer through Printer Options > Setup. When they click Setup, the application hangs for a few seconds and then the Printer Option box closes. This happens with any reports that the user attempts to change the printer through printer options setup (98.220.00).

It magically fixed itself once while watching over the shoulder, but now it stopped functioning again.

On the other hand, if the user selects a report with print preview, they can change the printer in the Crystal Viewer.

I seem to remember that as a rights issue. Either the Solomon share on the server, or the user's own temp folder.... sorry I can't be more specific, but hopes this gives some ideas.
