Problems with customer journey in Real Time marketing and Customer Voice

Hello,

I have done a customer Journey in Real Time Marketing to send and Survey created with Customer Voice. But This journey is executed when one opportunity changes. The trigger  works correctly but the error appeared in the momento to send a survey, all the time I have the next error:

An error occurred when calling Customer Voice service
An error occurred when calling Customer Voice service. Uri: invites.eur.api.customervoice.microsoft.com/.../invites. Status Code: Forbidden. CV Request Id: af625e9d-7465-434e-8a17-bb5684d752cf. CV Correlation Id: 85e8398f-9343-4178-a0d7-931fb5bbdcfe. Error Content: "User doesnt have privilege to create invite for form GvbQ4Hf-J0uwydvBo_Bw6ZtkiloFZkVGooF3UDats-1UNzRST0VQN005SkcyTDlJWEZDWkgzT09YWS4u : FormNotShared".

Somebody has information about how to solve that?

    According to the error information, it may be related to the lack of permission, minimum privileges for a custom role: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-voice/connect-environment#minimum-privileges-for-a-custom-role
