keep the relationship after data migration

I have two entities migrated through excel sheet. They are like account and case entity, one account should have multiple cases, I have created 1:N relationship between them, however, I do not see any existing cases associated to account. what did I miss?

There is an out of the box relationship between account and case entity. Customer is the field name (this field accepts both account and contact) of type customer. You should use the out of the box relationship and not a custom one created by you. If you still want to use the custom relationship, you can either place a grid on account form which points to the new relationship you have created or go to the related entities of account to find the cases using custom relationship name.

I placed a grid in the form of the parent entity as the below, I want to show associated existing contacts to the account, but it doesn't display, I also attached the relationship mapping as the below
