Best way to show Revenue Totals when Printing?

So I have a view with opportunities that have a revenue field listed.  I know I can make a chart on the view to total them up.. but printing is messy from Internet Explorer...

If I export to excel I then have to manually total everything up with autosum....   What's the quickest way to have the revenue totals for the view I am on and have it print friendly?

    Hi There,

    Follow the steps below:

    Go to sales>>Reports>>new

Give your report a name>>click on report wizard

Paste the name again and select opportunities under parent record

In the next screen select table only

Next screen define your grouping as 'Sales Stage'

    Save and run report

Print option is there in the report; along with download option

Well I doubt, if you can achieve that in an out of the box report, but with in a SSRS report it's fairly simple and you can run that report from "Run Report" button.

    Hi Prashant,

I tried doing this.  Basically I have a list of opportunities in different stages and I want it to show the total revenues of the opportunities allocated by stage.  I was able to create a report but it lists all the opportunities individually under the stage without showing the grand total.  Is there a way to do this?

Create a report wizard, report in MS CRM. With same columns as in views and same filters as in views.

Here's how you create a report:
