Is ti possible to add a text field to identify what the order is from the set up.

when I create a Transfer Order the overviwq page has (transfer number, from and to warehouse , transfer status , shio date, receipt date). I am trying to add a column column for tax that i can identify what the transfer order was for. I work in biscuit manufacturing so i will be using this for transfer raw materials to the production dept, but because i do so many each day I want to be able to identify which order is for which product.
You can add a field to the table and the form, it's a very simple development task. However it requires development and is not possible simply by system configuration.

First create the new field on table, later add the field from datasource to form.
