Is there any thing we are missing? I have read a couple of blogs describing the process to connect on Prem CRM to Exch Online, and they seem to breeze through this step. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Or if there is anyone who has performed these steps recently, please could you confirm the roles/permissions that were granted to the Global Admin to be able to complete these.
Did you find a solution for this? I feel like I'm missing something really simple.
