Hi,
We seem to be having issues with the Metrics received back from a Marketing email either sent on its own or within a Customer Journey
The Delivered KPIs results don't correspond to the results we have captured in particular the Unique Clicks to the email
The replies to the emails, via a link, are sent to a dedicated inbox, at the time of sending this the inbox had received 19 replies
Would anyone know why this could be not being registered within the Metrics??
