Marketing Metrics not displaying correctly

Hi,

We seem to be having issues with the Metrics received back from a Marketing email either sent on its own or within a Customer Journey

The Delivered KPIs results don't correspond to the results we have captured in particular the Unique Clicks to the email

The replies to the emails, via a link, are sent to a dedicated inbox, at the time of sending this the inbox had received 19 replies

Would anyone know why this could be not being registered within the Metrics??

Hi Chris1968,

Marketing email messages provide the following categories on the Insights tab:

Links: Provides an analysis of each link included in the message. It includes a graphical reproduction of the message that shows a heat map highlighting your links. The heat map shows a red overlay to indicate the most clicked link, and follows the spectrum down to blue, which indicates the least clicked link. Hover your mouse pointer over a link to see the number of total clicks, unique clicks, and the click-through rate (total number of unique clicks for a given link divided by the total number of unique clicks overall). Use the drop-down list at the top of the heat map to choose which KPI to use when coloring the links. All links are also listed in a table below the heat map.

Interactions: Provides full lists of recipients that were counted for each of several KPIs (such as opens, clicks, and forwards), plus a timeline of interactions.

You can then check which link was clicked and who/when the link was clicked:

Hi Leah Ju,

I've looked at the insight, interactions and this is what it displays

One click on the Unsubscribe link but this is shown under the Clicked Email links, interaction type??

Also, there is a message at the top of the screen saying the email was created in an older version of the email editor. The App version is up to date, and this was created last month

Hi,

Can't really answer the question as not sure??

Within the timeline there is a box labelled 'Emailed clicked' at 15:32. Would this not be the click for the link??

It's just strange how we are getting email back with replies to the dedicated inbox but not being registered.

During some more looking at how the email has been set up I did notice that this part had not been completed.

Would this have any influence on the metrics???

The link is related to the subscription center ,not related to the link using in the button.

Obviously not showing any Contact personal details but could you show me how the Marketing page is set up for one of your contacts
